Our cookie recipes have been handed down from generation to
generation. Initially, we baked only for our immediate family and
friends. Based on demand, we decided to open our kitchen and enlarge
our base of friends to include you. Our hope is that you enjoy
indulging in our cookies as much as we enjoy baking them. Our
cookies are made with love, but we are guessing by now, you knew that.

Our biscotti are more tender than one would associate with the traditional biscotti because of the olive oil and fresh creamery butter used in the recipe.
